ND Rent Help is seeking proposals from individuals or organizations who employ individuals who are qualified to serve as neutral mediators for renter/housing provider conflicts. Proposals due October 15, 2021 at 4:00 pm central time.
The state will continue to accept proposals past the Oct. 15, 2021, deadline; however, proposals will only be awarded until funding has been exhausted. State reserves the right to reject any late proposals received after the October 15, 2021, deadline.
